Common questions
Why not just use Shopify?
Shopify is a good start. A custom store makes sense when platform and app fees add up, when your catalog or pricing does not fit the templates, or when you want full control of subscriptions and customer data.
Can we move our existing store over?
Yes. Products, customers, order history and active subscriptions can be migrated, and old URLs are redirected so search rankings carry over.
Does it work with our POS?
Stock and products can sync with Square, Lightspeed and most POS systems with an API, so online and in-store stay in step.
